Churches

The faith community of Tellico Village is strong and diverse.

As Tellico Village has grown, so have the faith communities within the Village. There are three churches centrally located within the border of the community.

The Community Church of Tellico Village got its start with a service in a resident’s home in 1988. It now occupies a campus in the center of the Village in Chota Center. CCTV is an interdenominational congregation, Learn more about CCTV via this link: Community Church of Tellico Village.

The First Baptist Church of Tellico Village is on Chota Road across from the Tellico Village Volunteer Fire Department station and had its beginning in a resident’s home in 1997.  Here’s a link to the church’s website: First Baptist Church of Tellico Village.

All three local churches are handicap accessible and provide hearing assistance devices. Despite being located in an older adult community, all of them welcome people of all ages and faith persuasions.
