On Friday morning, members of the Watershed Association of the Tellico Reservoir and the Tennessee Valley Authority gathered at the Coytee Trailhead of the East Lakeshore Trail in Loudon County to celebrate the completion of a 13-year project that spans a total of 30.3 miles.
