Situated on a beautiful peninsula overlooking Tellico Lake and peering into the distance a view of the Great Smoky Mountains, sits a 20,400 sq. ft. building featuring a lounge, multiple dining areas, meeting space, private bridal suite, and outdoor entertaining space. The Tellico Village Yacht Club is the hub of the community and home to the Blue Heron Restaurant. The Blue Heron Restaurant offers brunch, lunch, and dinner-carefully prepared by our very own Chef culinary expert, Chef Minkert. The Yacht and Country Club is a member of Yachting Clubs of America. Through their membership, in the TVYCC, our residents have reciprocal privileges at more than 800 yacht clubs throughout the U.S. and U.S. Virgin Islands. Yacht Club cardholder benefits include docking and dining rights at some of the most prestigious yachting clubs in America. It’s just another benefit of being a resident in one of the best retirement communities in the Southeast. “Tell’em this is where we’ll be after work”.
