They built my large and complicated home in the Milauqua neighborhood in 2012-2013. As a FL licensed Interior Designer, ASID, and NCIDQ qualified, I am probably one of the pickiest clients they ever had. I also drew the floor plans, lighting and circuitry plans.
After my husband died in 2010, I sold that home and purchased a townhome in Tanasi Cove Villas. I gave them less than two weeks to remove all popcorn ceilings, remove a kitchen cabinet, cut an arched opening for view and paint the entire interior (3200 Sq.FT.) so that I could have carpet installed prior to moving into my home. Precision Builders then put a new composit deck and screened patio in back.
A year later, I again hired them to redo my bathrooms, laundry room and a partial update in the kitchen. Because I was in FL at the time, I needed someone that I trust completely in my home.
I have recommended them to others, and I know that they have installed many decks in the village.
