Spring Has Sprung in Tellico Village

Spring has sprung in Tellico Village. Not only are the snowbirds returning, so are the bluebirds and the onset of baby bluebirds. If you haven’t experienced spring in East Tennessee, then you are missing a real treat. What’s in bloom right now? Wild dogwoods are starting to show nicely as well as redbuds, tulip poplars and forsythia. Flowers such as tulips, daffodils and pansies are in full bloom right now. Full greenery on the trees is not yet in full coverage, so that means you still have time to get here to see all its glory!

Beyond the beauty, there’s so much more to see and do in the spring at Tellico Village. Boating, fishing, swimming, social gatherings, pickleball, tennis, championship golf courses, and a state of the art fitness center are just a few of our fabulous amenities.

Being nestled in the Tennessee foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains means you’re near the center of hiking, biking, trails, rivers and more.

Downtown Knoxville offers a wide variety of cultural events that are hosted each spring as well as larger retail shopping experiences. Surrounding Tellico Village are smaller towns in Loudon, Monroe, and Blount Counties that offer unique and historical shopping, venues, and off the beaten path cuisine. We may be a little bias, but we think spring is one of the best times to visit Tellico Village. If you have been contemplating giving us a visit, procrastinate no more!
